The Speed Watch group now has enough trained volunteers to start monitoring traffic speeds around the village.
We'll be operating in teams of two to measure and record speeds, and registration numbers of vehicles exceeding the speed limit.
This is NOT for prosecution purposes but the results will be passed to Cheshire Police. The police keep note of speeding drivers, who may receive a warning letter.
Watch your speed, observe the maximum speed limits, and you'll have nothing to worry about!
