KPC is funded in large part by the Precept, which is a small portion of local taxes and is listed on your Council Tax Bill. For the year 2023/24 the Precept is £35,620. This equates to a charge of £24.61 for a Council Tax Band D property.

We also receive money from the Community Infrastructure Levy; this is a charge levied by Cheshire West
& Chester on approved planning applications.
