Cheshire West and utility companies are responsible for most road closures.
We've recently had a few enquiries and complaints about roads in Kelsall being closed, however, the Parish COuncil is rarely kept informed – only for matters that we are already chasing, for example, the repairs on the Willington Road culvert in 2022.
