Neighbourhood Plan Area Consultation

Kelsall &Willington Revised Na Map

Kelsall Parish Council has applied for a revised neighbourhood area for the purpose of producing a modified Neighbourhood Plan for the Kelsall and Willington neighbourhood area. The neighbourhood area includes the civil parishes of Kelsall and Willington; a small area of Delamere and Oakmere parish; and a very small area of Ashton Hayes and Horton-cum-Peel parish.

A 6 week consultation period will run from Thursday 23 July to Friday 4 September 2026, and anyone who would like to comment on the revised neighbourhood area can do so by email to neighbourhoodplanning@cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk quoting the reference number NP022.

A copy of the application documents including a map of the proposed Neighbourhood Area can be viewed, together with further information about neighbourhood planning, on the Council website at:

Copies of the application documents will also be available during opening hours at

Kelsall Wellbeing Hub, 7 Green Hill Road, Kelsall, CW6 0SN and on the Council’s mobile library. If you are finding it difficult to view a copy of the documents in person or online, please contact the Planning Policy team on 01244 973 887.

Anyone who wishes to make comments to the Council about the applications should send them by email to neighbourhoodplanning@cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk by

4 September 2026, quoting the reference number NP022. Postal comments will also be accepted if received before the end of the consultation and can be sent to the address detailed below.
